Anybody into steampunk?

Steampunk has been slowly growing on me for a while. If you don't know what steam punk is... think Victorian age meets technology. A good example of a steampunk movie is Wild, Wild West with Will Smith.
Anyway... I think I'm really liking it. I haven't read any steampunk novels. I'll have to give them a try. I dug through some old costume jewelry. And, with the help of my mom, I'm going to try my hand at making steampunk jewelry.
Anyone else into it?

I have seen a couple for around $100. But I'd like to find one cheaper than that. I'll be patient and wait for the perfect one.

But, we did have an awesome find... an old wooden propeller, about six feet long. This will go perfect in the living room we are redoing in a Indiana Jones meets steampunk theme. ;); ▶ Reply to This
