I like the third one by Beren. It has the One Ring from the movie as one of the Os. It is the most easily recognized, and therefore more likely to be accepted by the powers that be at Google. I think the vast majority of people wouldn't get most of the other examples.

Good point! There are a couple other with rings, but that's the best looking one with rings. I like the second one (by Lanky) though you're right-a lot of people probably wouldn't recognize it as Tolkien.

That's a pretty cool idea. I don't really like any of the examples all that much. They could do a lot better. I do agree that the One Ring should be in there though. And the Eye isn't a bad idea either.
