Yeah, I had a bunch of writer friends who had just paid a nice lump to joint advertise and were freaking out about their lost money for a while. I think the new publisher made it good for them so all worked out well.

Oh, I'm sorry, I thought the geek stereotype changed decades ago when those boys in the basements became mega millionaires. The geeky image is part of what makes Sci-fi cool.

Castle
I watched the first two episodes of Castle mainly because I love Nathan Fillion from Firefly. His character Castle is eerily similar to Mal, quick with the quips, rarely serious, except for the rare moments when he says lets out his sensitive side and every one with estrogen goes ga-ga.
