I spend most of the day writing, reading, and doing things on the computer. . I live with my husband (Robert) our kitty (Chloe) and bunny (Dorian) in the greater Seattle area where we all work on this website, among others.

Happy Holidays, all! Robert and I have had a wonderful Christmas. I need to post a picture of our tree :)

weather makes me go grrr

I'm sitting here staring out the window-waiting for the power to go out. The weather has been terrible and everyone seems absolutely certain that this building will be losing power tonight-and we don't know when it will be coming back. Last year it was out for four days.

I'm crossing my fingers, but if I'm not online for days and days, it's because I've frozen to death walking in the snow trying to find a wifi signal.

I saw your comment :). I'm on vacation now so it's difficult to upgrade anything. But the art is expanding and soon there will be more samples ;). Thanks for the interest :D

Groan ... I must be gettin' old ... I DO have the Guitar Hero Aerosmith video game. In fact, it must have been the last game I played, cause the disk was still sitting in my Playstation 2 consule.

Here's where I am in the game:

Still on Easy mode 25 outta 31 songs ... Cat Scratch Fever is the next song to play.

Career Score: 1,284,612

How's about you?

Hey Faith, no worries ... glad my pals check in, when they can. It's been a really rough year for everyone, it seems.

The t-shirt biz is boarded up, sold all my equipment. Hell, sold both cars and my Fender to pay the bills. Up until two weeks ago, I didn't have much hope left. But, stumbled upon selling stuff on Ebay, and sales are insane (you wouldn't believe me if I told you how much). I can breathe again.

Started back up writing on my websites ... have you watched Being Human or Defying Gravity? Warehouse 13?? Merlin??? Ugh, I gotta update genre tv series premiere dates, before the fall season backs me up like last year!

I got Rock Band 2 over Xmas, but only had time to play it like twice. I packed it all up thinking I was going to have to sell everything. I played some Guitar Hero III Legends of Rock, but I don't have the Areosmith game, yet. I have a shipment of the first season of True Blood coming in next week to sell on Ebay, "hopefully" after I get those auctions going I can take a break and play.

Hope you two are doing ok! :)

Well I'm very sorry to hear about your father. I was wondering what had happen to you as I didn't see you around here or on twitter. But I'm glad you are back.

Yes you need to do Comic Con soon. It's tons of fun but packed with people which makes it at times not so fun. Have you seen any good movies lately?

Thanks Faith, it was a long road. Now that the writing is done, the real work begins, marketing, which I'm a novice at, any advice from anyone would be helpful.

Maybe I should post a sample of it here somewhere, any suggestions?

So far so good. It is harder to dismantle a chair than I had thought. They used about five nails per sq. in. to put it together... lol. A lot of the under part of the chair has rotting fabric... gag. I can't wait to see it finished. I'll post before and after pics. :)

Hi Faith. Just wanted to drop by. Work on the steampunk living room is slowly progressing. I emptied it of all old furniture for the garage sale. I'm about to tackle a reupholster of one of my grandmother's chairs. I'm cautiously optimistic that it won't be a dismal failure. ;)
