- I spend most of the day writing, reading, and doing things on the computer. . I live with my husband (Robert) our kitty (Chloe) and bunny (Dorian) in the greater Seattle area where we all work on this website, among others.
We're big fans of fantasy, and run this network and a fantasy website at fantasyislove.com that has an online magazine and a number of fantasy blogs.
I like to read, write, craft, cook, I'm always looking for new recipes, I'm a vegetarian, and I spend too much time on the computer.
I love road trips and spontaneous adventures.

weather makes me go grrr
I'm sitting here staring out the window-waiting for the power to go out. The weather has been terrible and everyone seems absolutely certain that this building will be losing power tonight-and we don't know when it will be coming back. Last year it was out for four days.
I'm crossing my fingers, but if I'm not online for days and days, it's because I've frozen to death walking in the snow trying to find a wifi signal.

- Thanks Faith, it was a long road. Now that the writing is done, the real work begins, marketing, which I'm a novice at, any advice from anyone would be helpful.

Amy said… - So far so good. It is harder to dismantle a chair than I had thought. They used about five nails per sq. in. to put it together... lol. A lot of the under part of the chair has rotting fabric... gag. I can't wait to see it finished. I'll post before and after pics. :)

- Hi Faith. Just wanted to drop by. Work on the steampunk living room is slowly progressing. I emptied it of all old furniture for the garage sale. I'm about to tackle a reupholster of one of my grandmother's chairs. I'm cautiously optimistic that it won't be a dismal failure. ;)
